This Privacy Policy explains what information Little Brit collects, how it's used, and your choices. We've tried to write this in plain language rather than legal jargon wherever we can.
Tiger Paw Design LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides Little Brit, a mobile application that helps you build small, achievable routines through task prompts, a companion character, and light customization (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
By using Little Brit, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Our guiding principle is simple: we only collect what's genuinely necessary to run the app and support you if something goes wrong — not more.
Local, on-device information. Most of what Little Brit tracks — your completed tasks, points, companions, items, scenes, and settings — is stored directly on your device, not on our servers. We don't have visibility into this information unless you choose to share it with us (for example, by describing a bug in a support email).
Information you give us directly. The app does not ask for your name or email address. If you contact support or sign up for updates on our website, we collect:
Website sign-ups are collected through an online form run by a third-party service provider, which processes that information for us.
Purchase information. If you subscribe to Little Brit+, purchases are processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Our subscription management provider, which acts as our service provider, assigns your app an anonymous user ID and keeps your purchase and subscription history (for example, which plan you have and whether it is active), so the app can unlock the right content. This is linked to the anonymous ID, not to your name or email address.
Device and usage information. Right now, Little Brit does not use any third-party analytics or crash-reporting service. We're not collecting device identifiers, usage patterns, or behavioral data beyond what's stored locally on your device as described above. We reserve the right to add analytics or crash-reporting tools in the future (for example, to understand and fix bugs) — if we do, we'll update this Privacy Policy first, and any such tool will be limited to understanding app performance and stability, not personal profiling or advertising.
We do not use cookies. Cookies are a browser technology; Little Brit is a native mobile app and doesn't use them.

Little Brit is intended for people age 13 and older. Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The age rating shown in the app stores is assigned by the store and is not a statement that Little Brit is directed to younger users. If we learn we've collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it.
If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information they shouldn't have, contact us using the details in Contact Us below and we'll help resolve it.
We keep the limited information we collect (support communications, email addresses, subscription status) only as long as necessary to provide the Services or to meet legal obligations. Information stored locally on your device stays there until you delete the app, clear its data, or otherwise remove it yourself.
We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect the limited information we handle, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We can't guarantee absolute security, and you use the Services at your own risk.
Little Brit may occasionally link to outside websites (for example, our own website, getlittlebrit.com). Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this Privacy Policy doesn't cover them. Please review their policies separately.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, Tiger Paw Design LLC is the controller of your personal information.
Why we process it, and our legal basis.
Your rights. You have the right to access your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy of it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email the support address below. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Transfers. Little Brit is operated from the United States, so your information may be processed there. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
Little Brit is operated from the United States. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll provide notice (such as an in-app notice or an updated "Last updated" date) before the changes take effect. Continued use of Little Brit after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
