Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using Little Brit, you agree to be bound by them.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Tiger Paw Design LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your use of the Little Brit mobile application and any related services (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use Little Brit.
We've tried to write these in plain language rather than dense legal jargon wherever we can, but this is still a binding legal agreement — please read it.
Little Brit does not require you to create an account. Your progress is stored on your device (and may be included in your device's own backups). You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for any backup code you choose to create or share. Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID or Google account through the app store, not to an account with us. If you contact support, please give accurate information, such as the email address you want us to reply to.
Little Brit is intended for people age 13 and older. You must be at least 13 to use it. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The age rating shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play is assigned by the store based on the app's content. It is not a statement that Little Brit is directed to people younger than 13, and it does not change the age requirement above.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian, particularly the sections on Subscriptions and Dispute Resolution below, since a minor generally cannot enter into a binding contract (like a paid subscription) without a parent or guardian's involvement.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 is using Little Brit, or that a child subscribed without your permission, contact us using the details in Contact Us below and we'll help resolve it, including refund requests routed through Apple/Google as applicable.

Little Brit offers an optional paid subscription, Little Brit+, that unlocks additional companions, items, scenes, and customization content. Core features of the app remain free without a subscription.
If you downloaded Little Brit from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge:
Because there is no account, most of your data lives only on your device, and deleting the app removes it. Purchase records are handled by Apple or Google and by the service provider that manages our subscriptions. To request deletion of any data associated with your anonymous app ID or purchases, contact us at the support email below, and we'll process the request in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
The app does not ask for your email address. If you give us your email address another way (for example, by contacting support or signing up for updates on our website), we may use it to respond to you and, if you've signed up for updates, to send you occasional emails about Little Brit, such as new releases and updates. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing won't affect service-related messages you need as a user.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Little Brit on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not give you ownership of the app or any of its content — it's a license to use it.
Little Brit — including its name, logo, companion characters, artwork, sounds, code, and all related content — is owned by Tiger Paw Design LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission.
Little Brit uses third-party services to operate, such as a subscription management service. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own separate terms.
Little Brit is a task and routine companion app designed to make everyday tasks more approachable, including for people who experience ADHD-related challenges with motivation or task initiation. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you have about a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in Little Brit.
Little Brit is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of Little Brit, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at the support email below and give us 90 days to try to resolve the issue informally.
Agreement to arbitrate. If we can't resolve a dispute informally, you and Tiger Paw Design LLC agree that any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration, rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
Class action waiver. You and Tiger Paw Design LLC agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only, not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator has no authority to combine your claim with anyone else's.
How arbitration works. Arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration organization (such as the American Arbitration Association) under its consumer arbitration rules then in effect, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator. Arbitration may be conducted remotely (by phone or video) unless you and Tiger Paw Design LLC agree otherwise.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing the support address below with your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, disputes will instead be resolved in the courts of the state named in Governing Law below.
Severability of this section. If the class action waiver above is found unenforceable for a particular claim, then that claim (and only that claim) will proceed in court rather than in arbitration; the rest of this section remains in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll provide notice (such as an in-app notice or an updated "Last updated" date) before the changes take effect. Continued use of Little Brit after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
